"I am leaving this agent after years. The lady that gives you the quotes is always rude and acts like you're bothering her every time you call! I'm sick of it. This time I called for a quote to add a car to my policy and she acted totally annoyed to the whole conversation and I finally just told her I'm going to look for a different agent and instead of apologizing because I told her you're always rude when I call instead of apologizing and changing her demeanor she said okay have a good day so she could absolutely care less whether or not they keep clients! So obviously they don't need the business! And when I call another State Farm agent if this location is still going to get a commission off of my policy, I will switch insurance companies! I almost switched a few months ago because I called to make a payment and she was rude then too so I ended up just calling the 1-800 number and making my payment if I have to go through a 1-800 number and get their service then why do I have a local agent!"

"I was totally impressed with the service at this agency. We were greeted immediately upon arrival by an agent by the name of Sam. She was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She provided us with detailed explanations about options we had regarding changes we could make to our auto insurance policies.. She easily answered any questions we had and allowed us time to make our decision without any sense of pressure."

"Terrible service. At this particular location and agent. No one knows how to answer any questions and do not sounds by any means knowledgeable with what they are supposed to be doing. No help at all. Front desk is clueless and needs to figure out how the company works before sending people away with an “I don’t know” attitude and response. No one knows how to reply to any emails nor communicate what is actually happening when you’re driving without an insured vehicle. Get you and your people help Jeff."

"My husband and I have had State Farm for more than 25 years. Although our insurance seemed expensive to me and would constantly fluctuate, we kept our same coverage. We had never had and accident, never had a ticket and except for maybe a windshield, never needed their services! In April, I went online to make a payment and it said no payment was due. Thinking my husband paid it, the following month, I got a double bill. When I called to ask why, I was told they were "helping people out, as per the pandemic." I asked how having a double bill was " helping people out" and was told "I don't know!" Grossly incompetant! This place is way more expensive than anyone else. You can get the same coverage for half the price at any insurance carrier out there! We did!"
